Find out where to get your decal, or upload a photo of your car WITH the decal on it, now! - I plastered the back window of my car with 17 Mix 97.7 decals in a heart shape with "Bieber Fever" in the middle and hearts and his name all over my window. This morning they called my car and tag number on the radio and I had 9 minutes and 77 seconds to call back. My heart was pounding and I was a ball of nerves and still managed to call them back right away. My daughter was at school when I won so this is a video of her finding out we won. She's got a fever - Bieber fever!! She even cried when we got home. I asked why she was crying and she told me because she was just so happy!!! I believe my 7 year daughter Paige is Justin's #1 fan!
